ROBYN HARDAWAY-JONES
CEO/Sr. Tax Accountant

Robyn is the CEO and Managing Member of RC Tax & Accounting, LLC, which she founded in April 2000. She has over twenty years of tax, accounting and business management experience. Robyn completed her undergraduate studies at Talladega College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting with a minor in Vocal Performance. Her graduate studies were done at Strayer University, where she received a Master of Science in Management degree (Leadership concentration). She has also successfully completed one year of her doctoral program in Management & Organizational Leadership. In addition to being a business owner, Robyn is also an Adjunct Professor for West Georgia Technical College's Business program and she is an Online Adjunct for Talladega College's Fasttrack Program (AL).

Robyn is active in her community and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). She is a licensed minister and the wife of Pastor Contrell Jones, where they pastor Sweet Rock Full Gospel Baptist Church in Oxford, AL. She also enjoy spending time with her three wonderful and spirited children.

CONTRELL JONES
COO

Contrell Jones of Chicago, Illinois is a graduate of Talladega College in Talladega, Alabama. He moved to Atlanta, Georgia in June of 1996 and began working as a Project Manager and Liaison for the Coca Cola Company and the Xerox Corporation. After five years, he returned to field of education as the Director of Student Services for Hi-Tech Institute in Marietta Georgia.

In addition to holding the position of Operations Manager for RC Tax & Accounting, he has been a Production Manager for the FedEx Corporation for the past ten years.

He is the loving husband of Robyn Jones and has three children Quantavious, Amari & Michael.

TAMMY BUSSEY
Office Manager

Tammy joined RC Tax & Accounting, LLC in February 2013 as an office assistant. However, her professionalism, business insight and skills quickly proved that she could help take the company to another level. In 2015, she was promoted to Office Manager. Tammy does a phenomenal job managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including client management. She is also responsible for managing the company’s bookkeeping clients. Tammy is married and the mother of three children.

EDLYN LEWIS
Accountant/Sr. Consultant

Edlyn serves as a Senior Tax/Audit Consultant for RC Tax & Accounting, LLC. She attended Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Accounting with a minor in Computer Science.

Mrs. Lewis has over 20 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting, Internal/External Auditing and Tax Accounting.

She has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1998 under the GA State Board of Accountancy. She is also licensed with the Florida State Board of Accountancy. Mrs. Lewis is an active member of her SDA church and enjoys sports, reading and spending time with her husband and son.
